Meet Mario

Prior to psychotherapy, I spent over a decade as a health and fitness practitioner, specialising in physical rehabilitation and pain management.

Driven by a strong interest in psychology and the mind-body connection, I sought more holistic ways to help people which led to me starting a coaching business offering talks, seminars, and workshops to businesses in London, with a focus on stress management and workplace well-being.

I went on to complete my psychotherapy training at the Enfield Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre (ECPS), accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), which upholds the highest standards of training in the UK.

A significant portion of my work involves assisting men with relationship issues, stress, anxiety disorders, depression and life transitions. While men's mental health is a major focus, my practice is inclusive and diverse, with experience in helping people from various backgrounds and with a wide range of difficulties.

Outside of therapy

I like to balance my work with time in nature and have a keen interest in exploring the great outdoors. Sport has also played a significant role in my life, both personally and professionally. I was fortunate enough to experience a brief stint as a professional footballer in my early 20s, and years later, I worked as a sports massage therapist for a Premier League football club and at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Additionally, I have managed amateur football clubs in London, where I have been able to share my passion for the sport and mentor young players.
