Short-Term Therapy

I offer a 12-week introductory therapy program for individuals with no prior therapy experience. This program is typically designed for those facing current difficulties, such as relationship breakups, job changes, or the loss of a loved one. While many individuals choose to continue therapy beyond the initial 12 weeks, this decision will be discussed and determined during our sessions together.


Open-Ended Therapy for Individuals

Open-ended psychotherapy has no predetermined end date, providing us with the necessary time to explore the underlying causes of emotional distress, behavioral patterns, beliefs, and past experiences contributing to your current struggles. This approach generally requires a longer-term commitment, with sessions scheduled once or twice weekly, depending on the nature of the work.


Emotional Wellness Assessment

This single-session appointment is designed for individuals concerned about changes in mood or behavior, whether sudden or gradual. During this session, we will assess your current situation and determine the most appropriate next steps, whether that involves psychotherapy or additional psychological support.


Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a supportive space for you and your partner to explore and address challenges in your relationship. People often seek this service to improve communication, navigate conflicts, rebuild trust, or adapt to significant life changes. Whether you're facing a specific issue or looking to strengthen your connection, couples therapy can help you and your partner foster greater understanding and work collaboratively toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
